Philosophy
The EPT&FL is committed to provide the opportunity for young people to learn the technical aspect of track and field, challenge and assist young people in their development as a track and field technician intheir respected events.
The EPT&FL is to provide a positive environment for young people to participate and learn about the sport of track and field. We, as coaches, offer technical instruction and conditioning training for competition and self-improvement. We, as coaches, promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive attitudes, which instills self-esteem that builds character.
